Recovery of the Self
Losing weight is a recovery of the self. Recovery of the self is a quest of
the spirit. You are so worth recovering. You are not going to just lose
weight; you are going to find a lost part of yourself. Recovering the lost
part of you is what creates the permanent change. Strength and
inspiration are found in recovering the parts of you that have been
buried by food. The food behavior literally buries who we are. The pain
we feel drives us to eat. We don't want to feel the discomfort. There is a
treasure under the pain and the way to the treasure is THROUGH. The
best news is IT IS WORTH IT!

You are worth it and you will never be sorry you kept walking.  This
journey can be fun and exciting. Imagine the joy you will feel when you
wake up one morning and realize you did it!  You will know when you
have passed from one place to another because this time you will have
a new recovered part of yourself, alive, active, and present.  You are not
going to just lose weight, because just losing weight is the formula for
gaining it back over and over again.  You are going to recover the parts
of yourself that give you the strength and inspiration to create the
